Das klingt wie eine Familie Problems, nicht der Arbeitgeber. Ich würde sagen, wer Eigentümer der Unternehmen und sehen darum, den Job zurück oder suchen bei einer Abfindung. Dies scheint ein Geschäft ohne fut re. Wie kann man ihnen vertrauen? Vielleicht war es auch, was man benötigt, um ein zuverlässiger Arbeitgeber zu finden. Sie sind wahrscheinlich abhängig von der Gutmütigkeit oder das Gewissen der Chef Sie, ob Sie die Zahlungen erhalten. Sofern Sie einen Vertrag mit der Firma war es wohl ein "auf Anordnung wird". Ich würde Ihnen vorschlagen, lesen Sie in der Unternehmen und ihrer Hintergründe, bevor Sie in einen anderen Job zu springen. Die Beschäftigung ist Zwei-Wege. Nur weil jemand können Sie einstellen, bedeutet nicht, es ist ein guter Ort zu sein.

goed omdat je baas zou je uit te betalen zijn zak ik denk echt niet dat je wil. Ga naar je ex-baas en ontdek waarom je ontslagen. en vraag hem of hij nog zal je betalen. succes.
